Shalom, Hello! My name is Joel Lafond, Executive Chef with Congregation Shaarey Zedek. We have a long-standing tradition of Kosher culinary excellence in Winnipeg with countless events in our portfolio. We are looking forward to returning to our building in 2024 after renovations, but in the meantime, we are renting a professional kitchen at the Asper Campus to provide dairy and pareve catering and take-out for a variety of different events.
