Jewish Biomedical Ethics, Talk 2 - Triaging: Who Gets Treated First? With Marcelo Mass Lindenbaum and Rabbi A. Mass

Tuesday, 26 January, 2021 13 Shevat 5781

7:30 PM - 8:30 PMOnline

In an intercontinental fireside-style conversation, Rabbi Anibal Mass and his son, Marcelo Mass Lindenbaum, will discuss the modern standard practices in patient triaging, and how halacha is applied in everyday, emergency, and catastrophic scenarios.

Marcelo Mass Lindenbaum is a 6th year medical student at the Universidad de los Andes in Santiago, Chile. He has been combining Medical studies with Jewish Bioethics to become not just professionally skilled, but also a learned Jew capable of dealing with the complex issues in medical ethics and halacha that he will undoubtedly face as a doctor.

As part of this series, we will continue to explore this topic with other speakers on Tuesday, February 2. Stay tuned for details.

This is a FREE event and no registration is required. The event will stream live at 7:30 PM CST on Tuesday, January 26 on:
