West Broadway Heart2Heart Dinner (Donations Needed)

Congregation Shaarey Zedek is planning a special pre-valentine’s event — ‘The Heart2Heart Dinner’ — for West Broadway Ministries constituents. For over 25 years, Shaarey Zedek was able to provide a hot meal for Christmas lunch to people in need at the West Broadway Community Ministry. This winter, the Ministry and Shaarey Zedek have teamed up to organize a dinner later in the winter season to help their constituents get through the darkest part of the winter, after the brightness associated with the Christmas season has faded. This is the time of year when people feel the loneliness and a need for connection.

We will be offering two dinners on Sunday, February 12, serving a total of 60 people, and hope to create a joyful ambiance and even provide some niceties to take home. This is where we need your help to make this event amazing!! We are in need of monetary donations now. All volunteer positions have been filled. Thank you! 

This is a project of the Shaarey Zedek Tikun Olam Committee in conjunction with West Broadway Community Ministry
