Arrange Family Service Tickets for Members

This form is intended for members who would like to make a request to arrange tickets for the Family Service. Please complete this form and we will reach out to you as we process your registration. Forms are processed in the order they are received.

Family Service Ticketing Policy Change - To help make the Family Service more comfortable and enjoyable, we have updated our ticketing policy. Free access to the Family Service for those who have Sanctuary Service tickets will now be limited to young families with children up to and including B’nai Mitzvah age (13 and under). Families with a combination of pre- and post-B’nai Mitzvah age children are welcome.

In addition, these young families will receive one extra adult pass that can be shared with grandparents, aunts or uncles who have Sanctuary Service tickets—allowing ONE (1) additional person at a time to attend the Family Service. 

Our goal with this change is to reduce crowding and minimize movement in and out of the Family Service, ensuring a more comfortable and welcoming environment for all attendees.

For those families where the grandparent or other person is the immediate caregiver to a child/children in lieu of a parent, registration for the Family Service will be available at no cost if they have tickets in the Sanctuary Service.

Grandparents who wish to attend the Family Service without restrictions may purchase tickets for $187 per person. This fee is in addition to their Sanctuary Service Ticket.

Young families may also purchase Family Service only tickets, if they are not attending the Sanctuary Service. Adults: $187 each; Teens to 24 Year Olds: $42; Children Ages 3 to 12: $42; Children Age 2 and Under: Free.
To ensure this form is for you, please answer the following qualifying questions:
This year we are limiting free attendance to the Family Service to Young Families with children up to B’nai Mitzvah age. Young Families who are registered for the Family Service will receive one extra adult pass that can be shared with grandparents, aunts or uncles who have Sanctuary Service tickets—allowing ONE (1) additional person at a time to attend the Family Service. Grandparents who wish to attend the Family Service without restrictions may purchase tickets for $187 per person. This fee is in addition to their Sanctuary Service Ticket.
A physical pass will be provided to the young families registered for the Family Service  to share with grandparents, aunts, and uncles to attend the family service as a guest, allowing one additional person at a time to attend. Please ensure the family has registered to attend, and they will receive the pass with their tickets. There is no need to fill out a form if you will be one of the individuals using the extra access pass.
